About Me

Dia dhaoibh, 

I’m Claudia and thank you so much for taking the time to connect in with the site. I am a 350 hour yoga teacher (and forever student). I have trained in Vinyasa flow, Pregnancy Yoga and Yin Yoga. I wear many hats and am also an artist Occupational Therapist. I have gained much experience working with the mind-body connection over the years and I believe yoga is for everyone and everybody! All you need is a mat and an open heart.

Yoga practice has helped me to open my mind and connect to my Anahata chakra, my heart centre. It is my privilege to share this sacred practice with you. 

Yoga has set me up on a lifelong journey to befriending my imperfections and accepting myself for where I am at. What a journey it’s been! I encourage you to embrace your vulnerability in class, to let go of the outcome of what you want to happen and have the courage to be true to yourself.  In doing so, you will strengthen your connection to your heart, your higher indestructible self.

Messy can be beautiful, and imperfection can be gorgeous. All you have to do is embrace it, like a wildflower. Embrace the perfection of being imperfectly you.

Modern life depletes us of the energy we need to truly relish the beauty in this world.  Remember, wildflowers can bloom without proper care but some need certain kinds of conditions to flourish and bloom.  No matter how strong we are, we also need care.
